So here we go, the cruise is booked ..whooppie. Now I HAVE to lose weight, I can't be the fat sister on the boat..right?
Jan 4 - Up early 5am, start P90X (as my sister says - "Google kick your a** and it will come up") I can do this, I have been a member of a gym most of my life and I have had trainers... I can do this. First morning, not so bad
Jan 5 - Up 5am start cardio... not too bad.. starting to get a little sore.
Jan 6 - can move out the of the bed, the alarm goes off.... ugh
Jan 7 - An Arctic blast has blown through town, I refuse to get up
Well here we are on Jan 11 - I have yet to work out again... UGHHHHH
Diet you may ask ... I am the worst dieter in the world, this could be one of my problems.
I'm going to lay it out for you.. well I was, I just typed how much I weighed and then erased it. It looks worse on here than I thought. Let's just say I am 5'4", 46 and whatever goes in my mouth ends up on my backside.
So.... where am I going with this??
So we got the cruise booked. Really looking forward to it. Time to relax, just the girls. However I HAVE to lose the weight no one wants to see this in shorts, lets not even think of the bathing suit yet.
So ya'll will be my acountalbity team....
Exercise is a must for me, if I stopped eating all together I wouldn't lose any weight... MUST EXERCISE. So here is the plan, first thing tomorrow :) I am going to get up and tackle P90X.

Haha - go ahead and type out your weight! I'm going to on mine - and I weigh ALOT more than you do! That that doesn't kill you, makes you stronger! Or something like that! This is NOT gonna kill us!
